The skies are painted black with the traces of my actions.
But I regret nothing.
What all these tiny specs of sand must have seen.
Shifting, moving with the wind, no control of where to go.
It seems familiar to me, because I was never truly in control.
All of this is different now.
Everything is different now.
They will see.
Soon enough.

pheeew, it's done! And for once, I am fully and completely happy with how it turned out!
This is once again, a SGA character - (I have a feeling you're gonna have to put up with SGA fanart for a while.. sorry ;)) Michael. You might recognize him from my previous painting (and some sketches).

This was done without any photo reference at all. Which is one of the reasons why I am so proud of it. The clothing is completely my own design - and gosh was that hard!..
Also, I have a thing for belts, buckles and bandages D_D Which is a real PAIN to draw..

Once I had painted the 5th buckle, I was sooo tired of painting buckles, but then there were still 9 more to go.

This painting is special to me<3 It kept my attention away from a lot of bad stuff, and working on it really helped me relax.

Also, Michael is awesome :heart:

His outfit is just..wow and the way he is looking it's almost like he can see how it all ends and yet he will still go throw with his "plan" to make ever thing better.

Love this! Great attention to detail! Love the colors and shading. His expression is so sad! Poor Michael! I wish the writers had done more with him! ^_^

Awesome work. His expression is just perfect (so sad) and his outfit is great. Yeah, buckles everywhere, though it must be hard to put on (and to draw) :).
